The Pathway to Presence
Presence is a state of being. In a world where we are pulled in so many directions, presence returns us to our soulful self. It is the pause before speaking, the deep breath before acting, it is choosing solitude over scrolling. Presence strengthens our connections and opens us to opportunities.
Keeping our energetic body (chakras) aligned gives our heart the space to digest what we are taking in and to respond with compassion, even when it is layered with a little sarcasm.
Keeping our surroundings aligned gives our heart the space to remember who we are and where we are growing. In the midst of the mess, our home, our office becomes a quiet reminder of our resilience and our power.
Leaning on heart healing, home healing, on meditation, mindfulness, and other supportive practices, we learn what it is like to make presence our priority. We come back to our soulful self when we step into our presence.
Stepping into our presence calls us to heal the old wounds, rediscover ourselves and take up space in this world. It is not about fixing any part of us. We are whole. It is about shining up the dullness. It is about mending the tatters. It is about feeling whole again.
We are always healing some part of ourselves. Our ego gets in the way. Outside forces side track us. When we are present to the happenings around us, steeped in peace, moving from our heart, we move through the chaos with grace. We recognize when we step out of alignment and we know what to do to bring ourself back. It is the rhythm of being human. Losing balance. Finding it again.
I don’t want you to do this alone, to just figure it all out. I want you in your power. What keeps me doing this work is my core belief - when we heal ourselves, we heal the world.
