Meditation & Mindfulness Practices

Reduce Stress and Restore Balance

Meditation and mindfulness are simple practices that help you slow down, calm your mind, and reconnect with the present moment. Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it, these practices meet you exactly where you are.

Meditation is not about emptying the mind or sitting perfectly still. It is about coming to center, coming home to yourself, one breath at a time.

The benefits of meditation are many—reduced stress, deeper sleep, improved focus, emotional regulation, and a more present, peaceful way of being. But the real magic is this: the more you practice, the more you remember who you truly are beneath the noise.

This is part of what I call the Pathway to Presence.

Walking your path to presence means gently healing the stagnant energy that builds over time through old stories, unsupportive environments, self-doubt, and experiences you have outgrown. Some of it you are aware of. Some of it you have buried. All of it is ready to be released so you can return to your soulful self.

This pathway invites you to awaken, release, align, ask, and receive while integrating the new energy that becomes available to you along the way. Meditation is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to begin walking this path.

Here, you’ll find a collection of guided meditations to support you in creating calm, clarity, and connection—whether you have five minutes or twenty. You can practice with me on Insight Timer and YouTube, and occasionally through live (recorded) meditation challenges.

Let it be simple. Let it be sacred. Come as you are, and return to yourself.

Meditation Tips

Meditation and mindfulness are simple practices that bring you back to yourself.

In a world that pulls your attention in many directions, these practices invite you to slow down, soften, and return to the present moment.

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to it, this is a space to begin exactly where you are.

Meditation is woven into all of my work. It supports the energy of Reiki and the alignment of Feng Shui by helping you reconnect to your body, your breath, and your awareness.

This is the practice that brings everything together—your energy, your space, and your presence.

Meditation grounds me. It is a daily practice that supports me in remembering my light. It helps me work through the chaos, and reminds me of what it feels like to be calm and centered so that I can be calm and centered. Without this signal to my being, it is so easy to forget the feeling of being in alignment. My practice has evolved over time. I won’t say that I am “good” at mediation. However, I am good about making time for it. And in turn, mediation is good for me. Enjoy your beautiful practice.

Insight Timer

Insight Timer is my app of choice. There are so many good ones out there. Explore them all. Don’t take too much time choosing the mediation. I find that if I take a moment to center and tune into what I desire for support, that I don’t spend time scrolling for a meditation and instead, click play and start meditating.

You will find my meditations on Insight Timer. A few of my favorites include Sarah Blondin, David G, The Wong Janice, Andy Hobson, Pablo Arellano, Lee Harris, Nacho Arimany and Carrie Grossman to name a few.

You will also find my meditations on YouTube.

If you’re looking for a more consistent and supported practice, meditation is woven into The Aligned Month.

This is a guided monthly experience where we work with energy, intention, and presence throughout the rhythm of the month. Meditation becomes part of your daily life instead of something you have to figure out on your own.

You’ll be guided to return to yourself again and again, building awareness, steadiness, and connection over time.

More on the Aligned Month here.

The Pathway to Presence

A spiral diagram illustrating the pathyway to presence with steps labeled as 'awaken,' 'release,' 'align,' 'ask,' and 'receive,' with icons of a lotus flower, a leaf, a pair of hands, a heart, and sparkles, centered around the word 'integrate.'

Walking your path to presence means healing the stagnant energy that sits within. This stuckness builds over time through old stories, unsupportive environments, self-doubt, emotional clutter and experiences that you have outgrown. Some of it you are aware of. Some of it you have buried. All of it is asking to release and clear so that you can return to your soulful self.

This pathway calls you to awaken, release, align, ask, receive, all the while integrating the new energy that is available to you.

When you walk this path, your heart lightens, clarity enters, abundance grows, opportunities appear. You begin living from a heart-centered sanctuary that enhances your life.
