Our centerline of energy is our chakra system. From there, our energy moves outward along meridians. Our main chakra system sits along our spine consisting of seven chakras from our tailbone to the top of our head. Although the energy of many chakras exist within us, we will stick to the main seven for this journey.

Chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit. When are chakras are aligned, they spin clockwise as they send energy out into the World and counterclockwise to draw energy in. When we feel stuck in life, one or more of our chakras may be stagnant or blocked. When a chakra is stagnant, our emotional, physical and soulful body is impacted.

Chakras become stagnant or blocked when we are holding onto old stories or taking in energy that is not beneficial to us. Events like getting cut off on the road through significant situations such as death impact our emotional and physical bodies. We are different everyday and thus learning to notice what has a grip on you and what is pulling you into the chaos of life is important to recognize. With awareness come healing. 

I have recorded 7 chakra clearing meditations for you to tune into each energy center within you, each around 8 minutes long. I have also recorded a full chakra clearing meditation (15 minutes). Listening to either the full chakra clearing meditation or one of specific chakra meditations will support you in clearing the energy. However, it is important to keep that awareness.
