Cancellation Policies:

• I get that life happens and snow falls and people get sick.  I will be generous in my cancellation policy but you fool me twice...Hey, this is my livelihood and as much as I looove sharing positive energy, at some point, we need to respect each other's time.  All that to say - please respect my time and schedule and give me 24 hours advance notice of cancellations whenever possible.  I will always respect yours.
• Cancellation of Feng Shui services will incur a 50% charge. As soon as you make the 50% deposit, my work begins preparing for our in home/online meeting and clearing your property. Cancellations must be made before our scheduled online or in person visit.
• Cancellation of all other services prior to delivery will incur a 50% charge. 
• Cancellation of Reiki services the day of your scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
• No cancellations or refunds once my work is delivered.
