60 minutes to reset, renew and rejuvenate. Reiki is a supportive relaxation and healing technique. Through the laying and hovering of my hands on the body, energy is guided to find balance. While you lie fully clothed on a massage table, you are guided to gently heal. As energy nourishes your mind, body and soul, we find balance in a supportive environment for you to function on a deeper level. I have a lovely space in Falmouth, ME, to share with you.
