You are Reiki I certified and ready to move to Reiki II. I welcome you to join me for a Reiki II class where we connect to Reiki energy, take in the sacred symbols of Usui Reiki and hone our Reiki Skills.

This class is for those who have taken Usui Reiki I. This is an in person class held in Gorham, Maine.
If you feel you need to retake Reiki I, I invite you to my Reiki I and II class on February 24th. "Our day together was informative and rejuvenating! Thank you for helping each person-in the way that was needed for their own path." ~Gina, Reiki I and II student We will spend our time together reviewing Reiki 1 and answering questions that you have from your Reiki 1 experience.
Class topics include meditation, Reiki information, Reiki practice, chakras, intuition. We will practice Reiki in both chairs and on massage tables. You will be attuned Reiki II. You will receive a certificate of completion. Required text is linked below. I keep this class small so this is a personal day of growth as much as it is learning Reiki. This is a sacred day of learning. Sara offers free ongoing Zoom meetings on occasion to continue supporting you on your Reiki journey. |

Course Materials:
You are required to purchase the book "Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art" by Diane Stein. You may find this at your local bookstore or on Amazon, I will also be providing additional material the day of our class. Please plan on bringing a journal, pen/pencil to take notes.

Levels of Reiki
Reiki IThe Attunement heals on a physical level. This is a direct connection with oneself or the person receiving Reiki. This is the opening to the flow of Reiki Energy.

Reiki IIThe Attunement heals on an emotional, mental and karmic level. You are connected to the first three symbols of Reiki. You are attuned to provide distance Reiki.

Reiki Master/TeacherEach level of Reiki increases the flow of Reiki energy. Master/Teacher is a mastery of the art of Reiki. You are connected to the Master Symbols and become a teacher of Reiki.

Each level builds on the next. With our busy lives, I have taken to teaching Reiki I and II together. It is quite a moving experience. We take time after the Reiki I attunement for our energy to integrate and settle in for Reiki II. When you are attuned with me, I am your forever teacher as you explore this art. The Master/Teacher level is sacred one on one work.
