Virtual Sessions:

Your Zoom link is in your email confirmation (save the email). You will also see the Zoom link in your calendar if you accept the calendar invite (highly recommend). If you lose your link, please email me at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Studio Sessions:

About Your Session:

  • You will stay fully clothed with the exception of your shoes. So, come as you are, no need to change. If your feet get cold, bring a pair of socks. 
  • You will be on a massage table, under blankets to stay cozy. I have extra pillows and blankets for support.
  • I will have a cup of water for you. You can bring water if you would like. It will be important to stay hydrated after your session.
  • You may come with an intention and something specific to clear. However, that is not necessary. We will work to clear stagnant energy to support you moving forward in calm clarity.
  • We will spend a few minutes chatting at the beginning and end of our session. You are in control of what you share. Sharing is not necessary to receive all of the benefits of Reiki and our time together.
  • Our time together is an 90 minutes unless you have scheduled otherwise.
