We begin tomorrow morning, 6/16, at 6:45 AM EST to sit in meditation together. This is an opportunity to bring meditation into your life or reignite your meditation practice.
We will keep it easy and light as we explore various forms of meditations. My hope is that you find one to two that resonate with you and that you will bring into your daily life after we wrap on 7/7.
Let this be easy. We will move through guided meditations, silent meditations, music and do some walking together.
Below you will find two downloads. One is a little summary of things to think about as you bring meditation into your life. A sort of reminder page for you. The other download is a simple tracker for our challenge. I have also included a few questions that you may wish to journal or ponder on this journey.
Scope out a spot where you will not be distracted. Pop on some headphones and join with your camera or not. I will always be on camera in my workout clothes or PJs. You come as you are.
