Inspired action sets us on a path forward for 2023.
This page will be available to you through mid March when we step into planning again. The next session will be posted and shared in my monthly email, on Facebook and here. We will likely gather in mid March to start planning for April-June. I would love for you to join me.

Intuitive Planning Session Q1 2023
Now that you have your space and your stuff to plan. Sit down weekly and set your action plan.
  • review your vision by reading your script, re-writing if called
  • review your word, grow your mind map
  • look at your month, week schedule to understand how to fit what you need to do in - set yourself up for success with realistic action items
  • add action items to your calendar
  • pick up your cards, dive into meditation or journaling and ask - "What else do I need to know about...?"
  • Get your week, moving yourself closer to your dreams

We are approaching this with a sense of ease and adventure.​

Planning Materials

You will want to have at least two decks of Oracle cards. These can be Oracle cards or Tarot cards. We use these as an energetic guide for themes and clarification to each month. I encourage you to use decks that you already own. You do not need to know how to use the cards. We will cover that together.

These are three of my favorite decks should you not own any cards. Please note that these are Amazon affiliate links. You can also find cards at your local spiritual shop. Google spiritual shop near me. :)
Do read the first few pages and then put it down. We will be working through this together. We will be working with one intention and then I will send you off to work through the rest. In our time together you will get grounded in meditation/envisioning, scripting, intuition and guide work.

Meet Sara

Sara began her journey with energy work over 13 years ago.

She is a Reiki Master/Teacher attuned to Usui Ryoho Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki III and Lightarian Reiki. She co-teaches Reiki at the University of Southern Maine.

Sara is also mentors in Feng Shui, Mindfulness and Meditation.
