Often the activities of our days don't give us the opportunity for solitude and deep relaxation, time to heal and rest the body. Through energy healing you give your mind and body time to restore and heal. Through Reiki (ray-key) you find deep relaxation which opens up your mind and body to balance your energy. When we are in balance, we are better able to move forward.
Our time together during reiki will begin by setting an intention for your session. As I bring in the energy of reiki, you will settle in and begin to align and heal. Guided by my intuition, we will spend time at the end discussing the experience along with any messages you are to take with you. You will leave grounded, relaxed and rejuvenated. For the deepest benefits, I highly recommended scheduling two Reiki sessions one week apart.
